JMo, I don't think that a group of 150 guarantees that you know everybody's role. As I understand it, 150 is the outer limit of a group that a typical person can grasp at any level. In practice, 150 is a big group. If you can keep that many people together for 5-7 years, you might get to know them.
In fact, 12-14% of people change jobs each year. It's hard.
